BREAKING NEWS: Willis's Parks Director Pleads No Contest to 3rd Degree Sexual Assault

Anthony "Deuce" Banks, who had been a integral part of the Arnell Willis administration as the former head of the Parks and Recreation Department, pleaded no contest today to a charge of 3rd degree sexual assault that arose our of allegations during his time as the Parks and Recreation Director.

Sentencing has been set for May 15, 2014.  

The Inside Scoop had reported on previous allegations of this nature relating to his work as the Parks Director for Arnell Willis along with information that had been provided of allegations of this nature from Banks's past, which had been ignored by Mayor Arnell Willis prior to appointing Banks to the position involving work with young children.

Willis kept Banks on the city payroll through a suspension with pay for a long period before finally taking action to remove him.
