The Boy's and Girl's Club of Phillips County has done it again. Club member and Barton High School Senior Marquis Chanay was selected last night as the 2014 Arkansas State Youth of the Year. BGCPC Club members have won back to back state youth of the year awards. What an accomplishment for our youth.
