It is now being reported that an Arkansas Razorback with ties to Helena, Arkansas has signed with the Seattle Seahawks. Bailey's father graduated Central High School and his grandmother (Laverne "Boo" "Ma Dear" Bailey) was a staple in the community until her death a few years ago.
