Fugitive Warrants Issued; More than 100 People on List

Helena-West Helena, AR--- After each session of Circuit Court, the Clerk of the Court produces a list of persons who failed to appear and answer the docket call. Those persons names are sounded three (3) times and if they do not answer the call, they are declared fugitives from justice. Many of them have no bond set because they have failed to appear in the first instance. Below is the current list of such persons in Phillips County, Arkansas.
