Phillips County Criminal Docket 1-18-2013

Helena-West Helena --- Circuit Clerk, Lynn Stillwell, has compiled the docket sheet case listing for those criminal defendants expected to appear in court on January 18, 2013. This list may not contain the names of all persons expected to appear in court on that date. Some persons have been ordered to court on that date by separate court order or bond arrangements which secured their release from jail. Other parties have filed appeals of misdemeanor convictions and should monitor the docket for their day in court. Failure to appear on January 18, 2013 could result in additional charges being added to each non-appearing defendant for his/her failure to show up.
