Sporting Life Arkansas, a new web publication covering sports in Arkansas, has tapped the Inside Scoop Online's Andrew Bagley to be a contributor to the new publication.  Bagley will contribute pieces on sports stories from the Delta region and will provide coverage of Helena-West Helena Central athletics to the site as well.
