HELENA-WEST HELENA- Devin Morris, the Valedictorian of the 2012 class at Helena-West Helena Central High School, has accepted a full scholarship to attend Vanderbilt University in the fall.

The scholarship, which will include tuition, fees, and room and board, was announced on her mother's Facebook page over the weekend.  Vanderbilt, located in Nashville, TN,  is one of the most highly regarded universities in the country.
