The Helena-West Helena Fire Department began responding to the fire at approximately 10 p. m.  According to Assistant Chief Travis Williams, by the time the call came in flames were coming through the roof.  As of midnight, the fire was still contained to the Blues Bayou building and had not spread to the adjacent Freedom For Youth building.  However, the Blues Bayou appeared to be a total loss.  The Inside Scoop will endeavor to keep the public posted as new facts come in.
