Subject: BREAKING NEWS: New Indictments in Operation Delta Blues

Three people face new charges related to the Operation Delta Blues drug trafficking investigation in Helena-West Helena, AR. A federal grand jury handed up indictments on gun crimes for Marcus Thompson, Demetrius Colbert and Kedrick Daniels. All three were previously indicted. Operation Delta Blues led to the indictments of nearly 70 people in October. Five have pleaded guilty.
Hundreds of convicts pardoned by former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour will have their fates debated in front of that state's Supreme Court today. We'll tell you what options the court has with regard to Joseph Ozment and the other convicted killers released from prison.
