Henry's Alleged Shooter Free from Jail

The Inside Scoop received a report that Mr. James Higgins has been released from the Hickey Detention Center aka Phillips County Jail. The report went on to say that the "police" let him go because of insufficient evidence. 

We reported the killing of LaQuinta Henry a week ago. We are also reported the arrest of James Higgins.

After digging further The Scoop has learned the following:

1.   Higgins has been released from jail; and

2.   Higgins release MAY be temporary because charges are pending and still being pursued.
