Arkansas Times Discusses St. Columbia's Series of Racial Emails

The Arkansas Times, a statewide weekly newspaper, has picked up the story on the racial emails that have been sent by Alderman Joe St. Columbia, who has been asked by a majority of his colleagues to resign and is being ardently defended by Mayor Arnell Willis.  The time has come for Mr. St. Columbia to retire from politics.  He has now become an embarrassment to his ward and community.
