The Faces of the Willis Adminstration:  A picture can say it all.  In this photo, Mayor Arnell Willis (seated center) is flanked by  (standing, center, from left) long-time supporter and Civil Service Commissioner Tommy "Car Wash" Cole, newly appointed Parks Director Anthony "King Deuce" Banks and newly appointed Sanitation Director Bobby "Ga Ga" Jones.  At the podium is former West Helena Alderman Eddie Lee, who has been advising City Attorney Chalk Mitchell during City Council meetings.  To Lee's right in the background is Willis's Chief of Staff and local Republican Party Chair Allen Martin and Willis Supporter and Fireman Jason Parker.  Banks and Jones are believed to have had previous histories with law enforcement.
