February is National Heart Health Month. Heart disease is the number one leading death for women. Every ten minutes, somebody is diagnosed with heart problems (About every 25 seconds, an American will have a coronary event- CDC). February 4th was Wear Red for Heart Disease and it is continued by wearing red on every Friday for the month of February. So, for those, like me, who suffer from heart disease, I encourage you to help bring awareness to this disease.
